Terrorism: The International Response of the Courts

The thesis of this article is that the countries that have done best against terrorism are those that have kept their appreciation of priorities, retained a sense of proportion, questioned, and where possible, addressed the causes of terrorism, and adhered steadfastly to constitutionalism and the rule of law.
